Connect Google, Microsoft or Zoho accounts on their own sign-in pages, then pick the calendars to bring in. They appear together in one week view.

Invite a delegate
Add a spouse, an assistant or a caregiver by email. They use their own Attaché account, free for delegates, and never need access to your Google, Microsoft or Zoho accounts.

Choose what they can do
Set permissions calendar by calendar: what they can see, whether they can add, edit or delete events and invite guests, and whether their changes need your approval.

What can a delegate never do?
Whatever permissions you give them, a delegate can never:
- Get into your Google, Microsoft or Zoho accounts. They sign in to Attaché as themselves; your passwords and calendar access tokens never reach them.
- Change their own access, or anyone else’s. Only you grant, change or revoke permissions.
- Approve their own proposals. On calendars in propose → approve mode, their changes wait for you.
- See what you’ve filtered out. Permissions are enforced on our servers, so their app never receives details you haven’t shared.
- Act without a record. Everything they do is written to your audit log, and you can undo it.
- Keep access after you revoke it.
Does my delegate need to pay, or have access to my accounts?
No. Delegates’ own Attaché accounts are free, and delegates never need access to your Google, Microsoft or Zoho accounts. You invite them by email and they sign in as themselves.
Which calendars does Attaché work with?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Zoho Calendar. Connect several accounts and see them in one week view: up to 5 connections on Free, unlimited on Pro. Your events stay in those accounts; Attaché reads and writes them there.
How does propose → approve work?
Turn it on for any calendar. When a delegate adds or changes an event there, it shows up as a tentative, dashed event for both of you, and nothing is written to your Google, Microsoft or Zoho calendar until you approve it. You can approve, edit and approve, or decline, and you’re notified when something is waiting.
Can I undo something a delegate did?
Yes. Every change is recorded in your audit log with who made it and when, and you can undo it from there. Some providers can’t bring back a deleted event itself; in that case Attaché restores it as a copy.
Is my calendar data used for advertising or AI training?
No. We use your calendar data only to run Attaché for you and the people you invite. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. The privacy policy has the details.

Attaché starts on the web (app.tryattache.com) and on the Mac. Windows is coming soon, and iPhone and Android later.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro when you sign up. When the trial ends you can subscribe for $19 a month or $149 a year, or carry on with the Free plan. See pricing.
